The 2026 Turo Power Host Summit in Orlando brought together some of the most engaged, forward-thinking hosts in the Turo community, and from Bouncie’s perspective, the event delivered on every level. From packed sessions to nonstop conversations by the Bouncie booth, the summit created space for meaningful connection, shared learning, and practical discussion around what it takes to manage and grow a vehicle-sharing business.

As a Premier Sponsor, Bouncie was proud to be part of an event focused on growth, sustainability, protection, and smarter fleet management. Over the course of two days, we had the opportunity to connect with Power Hosts from across the country, answer real-world questions, and show how the right tools can make hosting easier and more scalable.

What stood out most was the energy. The 2026 summit felt less like a conference and more like a gathering of peers who were genuinely invested in learning from one another.

A High-Energy Summit With Strong Turnout

From the moment the summit began, it was clear this year’s event had strong momentum. Attendance was high, sessions were full, and engagement remained strong throughout both days. Hosts were participating, asking questions, and sharing insights from their own experiences.

The mix of attendees created a dynamic environment. Newer hosts were eager to learn best practices, while experienced hosts brought thoughtful questions about scaling operations, managing mantenance, and maintaining visibility across larger fleets. Between scheduled programming and informal conversations, the summit offered countless opportunities for hosts to connect and compare notes.

That level of participation reinforced how important community-driven events like the Power Host Summit are for hosts who are running vehicle-sharing businesses.

Bouncie as a Premier Sponsor

Bouncie was honored to be one of two Premier Sponsors for the 2026 Turo Power Host Summit, alongside Tint. Being a Premier Sponsor meant more than having a logo on display. It meant showing up, listening, and actively participating in conversations that matter to hosts.

Throughout the event, Bouncie focused on being a resource. Our team spent time understanding how hosts were operating today, what challenges they were facing, and where they wanted to go next. Those conversations reinforced a shared goal: helping hosts feel more confident, informed, and in control as they grow.

A Booth That Stayed Busy All Summit Long

One of the clearest indicators of the summit’s success was the constant activity at the Bouncie booth. From early morning through the final sessions, our space stayed busy with hosts stopping by to ask questions, share their experiences, and learn more about how Bouncie supports fleet management.

Many conversations centered around practical challenges. Hosts asked about protecting vehicles, gaining better visibility into usage, understanding driving behavior, and managing multiple cars without adding unnecessary complexity.

Our team was focused on tailoring each conversation to the host standing in front of us rather than reciting a one-size-fits-all pitch. Those moments often led to genuine “aha” reactions as hosts connected the dots between the data Bouncie provides and the real-world decisions they make every day.

Connecting With Power Hosts

Beyond the booth traffic, some of the most valuable conversations happened one-on-one with hosts who had already reached advanced stages of their hosting journey. They brought thoughtful questions about optimization, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Many shared how their needs had evolved as their fleets grew. What worked for one or two vehicles no longer scales for ten's or hundred's of vehicles. Bouncie’s role as a collaborative platform that supports day-to-day decision-making, rather than a monitoring-only solution, resonated strongly in those discussions.

The conversations reinforced that successful hosts are not just focused on growth, but on building systems that support consistency, accountability, and peace of mind.

Hosting the First-Night Networking Event at Lake Nona

Bouncie was proud to host the first-night networking event at the stunning Lake Nona Wave Sculpture Garden. The venue set the tone for an evening centered on connection, creativity, and community. The event reflected Bouncie’s belief that some of the most impactful conversations happen outside of formal sessions.

Surrounded by art and open space, hosts had the chance to unwind after a full day of sessions while continuing conversations in a relaxed setting. The environment encouraged organic networking, with hosts exchanging stories, advice, and ideas well into the evening.

One of the highlights of the evening was the Bouncie Sculpture Garden Scavenger Quiz. Designed to be both engaging and educational, the experience invited hosts to explore the venue while learning how Bouncie supports Turo hosts.

As hosts moved through the scavenger-style experience, they encountered prompts that highlighted key ways Bouncie helps provide visibility, insights, and protection for growing fleets. The format made learning feel natural and interactive, sparking conversations along the way.

The response was overwhelmingly positive, with hosts appreciating an approach that combined fun with meaningful takeaways they could apply to their own operations.

The evening also featured the Bouncie Lounge, which included an Interactive Mirror Dancer, adding an unexpected and memorable element to the night. These experiences created natural gathering points where hosts paused, laughed, and captured photos, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.

Four Turo Hosts walked away with Yeti prize packages among other giveaways, which was a small but meaningful way to recognize the effort and dedication required to reach such a high level of hosting success. The giveaways added excitement while reinforcing a sense of appreciation for the community.

Introducing the Apex+ Program for Turo Hosts

During the summit, Bouncie also announced a new discount program for Turo Hosts who invest in the Bouncie platform. The Apex+ program was introduced as a way to give back to hosts who have demonstrated long-term commitment and excellence on Turo. Hosts who attended the summit also received access to a special offer connected to the announcement.

While full details will be shared soon, the announcement underscored Bouncie’s investment in supporting Turo hosts with added value as they continue to scale. The response from hosts highlighted how important it is for tools and partners to evolve alongside their businesses. More information about the Apex+ program will be shared in the coming weeks.
